The BBC Concert Orchestra, conducted by Robert Ziegler, with singers Carly Paoli and Damian Humbley, present a concert featuring the music of the great film composers – the ‘Movie Maestros’. Featuring the work of John Williams, Ennio Morricone, Elmer Bernstein, Henry Mancini, Max Steiner and more … Among the film scores:- Star Wars, Jurassic Park, The Magnificent Seven, 633 Squadron, La La Land, Gone With The Wind, Out of Africa, Sense and Sensibility and Back to the Future. Recorded in the beautiful medieval Cathedral of Lichfield, as part of the Lichfield Festival.

After a successful album launch show at BAFTA, Carly’s debut album, ‘Singing My Dreams’ went straight to No.1 in the iTunes Classical Charts and also No.2 in the Official Classical Album Chart. The top 10 debut album is available today on all platforms from carlypaoli.lnk.to/album.
Carly is coming home to the UK to tour with one of the country’s most successful musical theatre groups, Britain’s Got Talent winners Collabro.

The twenty-nine date run will kick off in Liverpool at The Philharmonic Hall on Tuesday October 24th and will run until Saturday December 2nd finishing at Harrogate International Centre. In addition to performing a selection of songs with Collabro, Carly will be singing songs from her debut album ‘Singing My Dreams’ (released June 30th 2017).

Nottinghamshire-born classical singer Carly Paoli has been nominated for the prestigious ‘Premio Barocco’ award in Italy. Founded in 1969 by Fernando Carteni, the award recognises achievements in art and culture. Previous recipients include Sophia Loren, Franco Zeffirelli, Dame Helen Mirren, Gerard Depardieu and Luciano Pavarotti.
The event, at which Carly will perform, will be held on May 27th 2017 in Castello Angioino di Gallipoli in Puglia. Carly has recently performed at many high profile events in Italy including at the Roman Forum and Terme di Caracalla, and on national TV shows Zecchino D’Oro and TV2000.

Puglia is as much my home as the UK, my family are there, it’s where I spent all my free time growing up and gained so much performance experience.
